The City Reliquary is excited to host The New Euripides in the back yard garden for William Shakespeare’s “Romeo + Juliet.” This production is a unique, immersive, site-specific retelling of the classic tragedy through text, music, and movement. Under directors Grace Phelan and Julia Melfi, the troupe relates the story of the Bard’s star-crossed lovers using improvisation and other experimental theater techniques, crafting an original and unprecedented connection with their audience.
