This is a drawing which proposes a new World Trade Center by Jabiel Jimenez. Jabiel has created many new visions of how the World Trade Center could be rebuilt to symbolize the strength of the city. The Lower Manhattan Development Corporation has acknowledged his proposals. Jabiel has lived on our block at Havemeyer and Grand Streets for over 30 years and was the first exhibitor in our Community Collections window.
