Event Guidelines

● An event should not interfere with museum patronage if occurring during regular museum hours

● All amplified sound must end at 10:00 PM

● There is to be no smoking within 20 feet of the front door or anywhere on the museum premises

● Use of candles, open flame, incense or anything that produces smoke or fumes, such as smoke machines and/or pyrotechnic must be approved by the Reliquary board of directors.

● Alcoholic beverages technically cannot be sold, but offered for a donation. We typically request a donation of $4 per beer, $3 per soda, and $1 per bottled water.

● Event cleanup should occur immediately after the event concludes. Organizers are expected to perform their own event clean-up. Trash bags and bags for recyclables will be supplied.
